Come to the Milford Public Library for a Christmas Treat bag. The bags will be available Monday, Dec. 13 through Thursday, Dec. 23. The staff wishes all of the Milford community Happy Holidays, If you are traveling for the holidays, or just want a fun activity to entertain your young holiday visitors, the Holiday Treat bag has ornament crafts, a snack, a sweet treat and stickers.
Holiday crafts will be available Dec. 20-23 in the children’s department. You can make-and-take a gingerbread house, Santa ornaments, a hot cocoa ornament, a foam tree bookmark and a choice from an assortment of ornaments.
“The library is offering a free, virtual program for the month of December. ‘Tis the season of hilarity. When the tour guides for Worldwide Tours get separated, a worldwide adventure awaits. As they travel around the world in search of each other, the guides share holiday traditions from a wide variety of places and cultures. Learn about the Lohri Festival, St. Lucia Day, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Christmas, and more.
